The Bonding Project is one of the largest global studies seeking to understand how humans bond interpersonally. Initially a pandemic passion project, The Bonding Project has grown to a community and a data-set of over 15,000 people in dozens of countries (and growing).

Our founding team of, Chez, Jess, Kirk, and Dr. Eli, is excited to continue our work. We believe that with the right resources and awareness, relationships of all styles and structures can thrive.

Since releasing our beta test in early 2020, we’ve received great user feedback and learned more of what our community wants and needs. Now, we are both revamping the test to reach a broader audience on more topics, and initiating a live platform to actively serve and grow our community.

We’re motivated by continuing our mission, and that’s where you come in!

We are looking for individuals who feel interested, motivated, and inspired to work with us toward the mission of the Bonding Project. Below is information about possible roles, who we're looking for, and the benefits and advantages we hope to offer. Please note — all roles currently have no financial compensation. With our hard work, this may change in the future!

We are here to serve our community, to build knowledge about sustainable human bonding, and to grow awareness of the diversity of human love in the world. We do this through curating a conversation with people about what is true for themselves, their partnerships, and their communities. We are a team of volunteers with more work ahead of us…and we’re looking for more help and resources to support our growth.
